Dr. Barnali Bhattacharya has graduated from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. She has served a Short Service Commission in the Indian Armed Forces. She is a Delhi University Gold Medalist in MD Paediatrics. Dr. Bhattacharya is trained in Paediatric Asthma in UK. Thereafter she practiced across the country in rural, urban and tertiary care centres.

She has 35 years of experience in General Paediatrics and an Asthma Specialist for the post 25 years. Dr. Bhattacharya specialises in skills to manage children with allergic diseases and sleep issues. She also specialises in well baby counselling.

She is the Core faculty at CREST, training Paediatricians, chest physicians, family physicians in the skill of childhood asthma, across the country.

Dr. Bhattacharya is the Course Director of CASPER and CASPER Clinics, she is Master trainer ATM (Asthma Training Module), NRC of IAP. Master trainer ARCTM (Allergic Rhinitis and Co-morbids Training Module), IAP. Master trainer RAP (Rational Antibiotic Practice Training Module) IAP.

She has multiple publications to her name related to Asthma, Pollution, Lung Infections.

She is an acclaimed faculty in National and International conferences. Dr. Barnali has converted the science of counselling in childhood asthma into an art. She has gifted back a near normal childhood to innumerable asthmatic children.
